I get text messages that I have a new message from my doctor in my portal, but when I go to the portal the message does not show up for another 20-30 minutes. With IVF medications being so time sensitive, this can be a huge problem for us. I hate that you have to start a new email thread every since time because you can't simply reply to a message.
HORRIBLE app. It's laggy and delayed with notifications. It crashes all the time. You can't even reply to a message, you have to start a new thread EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's just a terrible app to have to use.
As many others reported thus app is terrible. Crashes often, lists unread items and once read continues to list then as unread. Not user friendly.
